Description

The Puente Hills Regional Park Project will deliver components of the Board-approved Master Plan, and the 2017 Transportation Management Plan. It will encompass 142 acres, and will include recreational elements such as a park loop road/trail, accessible trails, trail relocations and improvements, Southern & Eastern Deck loop trails, stair climbs, and equestrian staging. Additional Western Deck amenities will include a bike skills area, picnic areas, and nature education area. Improvements to selected non-fill areas will include an Entry Plaza, Visitor/Interpretive Center and administrative offices, Scenic Overlook, Maintenance and Operations (M&O) building, storage and maintenance yards, and various park infrastructure upgrades.
