Description

The Project is in the City of Torrance on the 72-acre H-UCLA MC campus owned by the County, located in the unincorporated County of Los Angeles community of West Carson.  The Project is located within a highly active medical campus, with po0rtions of the west half of the property leased to The Lundquist Institute, a non-profit organization.  The proposed Program consist of new construction of an acute care inpatient tower, an outpatient treatment building, support building, a warehouse, an information Technology (IT) and Facilities Management offices and shops, a central plant, a parking structure and utility distribution.
